Lower Division Registration Closes January 15.
League Boundary
To be eligible to play at Costa Mesa Little League, players must reside within our league’s boundary. Players who attend a school that is within our boundary may also be eligible.

The following schools are within our boundary:
College Park, Davis, Kaiser, Mariners Christian, Mariners Elementary, Newport Heights, Paularino, St. John the Baptist, Sonora, St. Joachim, California, Adams, Victoria, Kellybrook and Woodland. If you reside outside our boundary, but attend a school within our boundary, Little League requires that you complete the School Enrollment Form (fillable form).

Major Division (League Age 10-12)
Birthdate Range: September 1, 2013 - August 31, 2016
Minor A Division (League Age 9-11)
Birthdate Range: September 1, 2014 - August 31, 2017
Minor B Division (League Age 8-10)
Birthdate Range: September 1, 2015 - August 31, 2018
Minor C Division (League Age 7-8)
Birthdate Range: September 1, 2017 - August 31, 2019
Farm / Machine Pitch Division (League Age 6-7)
Birthdate Range: September 1, 2018 - August 31, 2020
Coach Pitch Division (League Age 5-6)
Birthdate Range: September 1, 2019 - August 31, 2021
Tee Ball Division (League Age 4-5)
Birthdate Range: September 1, 2020 - August 31, 2022

Required Registration Documents
All players must submit proof of age and residency (or school attendance) to be eligible for the draft and/or placement on a team.
These documents must be verified every year.

Hit-A-Thon Fundraiser
All registered players will be asked to raise a minimum of $75 through our annual Hit-A-Thon fundraiser event.
Tryout Information
Tryouts will be January 5-8, 2026
Makeup tryouts: January 10-11, 2026
All players League Age 7 - 12 must try out.
This includes all players registered for Majors, Minor A, Minor B, & Minor C.
Document Check Dates (In-Person)
All players have to provide proof of age and residency. This is done at our in-person document check days.
